"I worked with Joseph who was able to save me approximately 23% on my combined Condo and Auto Insurance. Joseph was patient and knowledgeable He never rushed me or tried to pressure me, and always kept in mind that my main goal was to save money alongside selecting policies that would be right for me. Even when I turned down something that might have been better for him, he always kept in mind that I was after saving money. I highly, highly recommend Joseph to assist you with your insurance needs. He comes off as very sincere, honest, and never did he, in quite a long discussion, come off as "salesy". I was an assistant branch manager over a sales team at one time and I would definitely have wanted Joseph to be one of my sales reps. I did not condone anything but honesty and sincerity, making sure the customer understood what they were getting, and focusing only on what was in the best interest of the customer, not me or my sales reps. Edit: A few weeks later Reanna worked with me over the phone to assist me with something. She was so patient, clearly and carefully explaining step by step what I needed to do. It made something otherwise a bit difficult go so smoothly. She's so friendly and pleasant to talk to. Definitely a phone call I won't dread making next time I need to."
