"For so many years I am a customer and now when I submit a claim for my fence that was damaged by a recent tornado State Farm lets me down. $550 to replace 20 posts and 16 panels?? My neighbor is getting his replaced both sides. Same insurance company. My fence is being held by strings and my neighbors has two little ones running around. This is a safety concern. The adjuster said on his report that because of depreciation besides my deductible, he took another $2100. I’m just disappointed in this outcome. The final outcome was not good. I am taking my business somewhere else. This is so unfortunate."

"I had called the agents office and had cancelled my both insurances before leaving the country. 03 March was supposed to be the last day of my insurances and I was told to expect the refund by 4 or 5 March Clearly, it hasn't been processed yet. This is unacceptable and I need my refund for the duration of 4 March - 12 March. Also, it took too many hours of work from my side to get a hold of people to cancel the insurances (which is still active by the way). This is the most annoying insurance I've ever had and will not be recommending to anybody"
